I pay more here in this two bedroom apartment then I did in a four bedroom house''' I think they should worry about maintaining the places as they are old then ripping people off with high water & sewer bills.

I live in a dorm, too. I think that it is very important that this type of thing be posted. I totally disagree with the reply about "noisy neighbors is a problem anywhere" - since that is not at all true. This is the first time I've been woken up in the middle of the night with drunk people yelling in the stairwell, drunk people in the parking lot being very loud and obnoxious - not to mention that they litter. The reason that it is now a problem is because Marchwood now has tons of Immaculata students. I totally agree with this review that if they're going to have those students as tenants, why can't they be in their own building, and then non-students elsewhere?

I posted a review on Marchwood Apartments in Exton, PA about a year ago. There is one thing I was happy about: I didnt hear my neighbours. But again, maybe the building I was in was the only one with concrete walls. Noisy neigbours is a problem anywhere, not necessarily in this apartment complex.

I think it's ridiculous that they charge for water & sewer. You don't even pay that to the utility company, you get a bill from Toll Management. One month we got no bill and then all of a sudden we got a late notice for the bill they never sent us, with a threat of taking legal action if the payment wasn't received by a certain date. Isn't that nice?
