I have been in the area for a few years now and have not been in a better place then Marchwood Apartments. First off Management is great, they make it easy and enjoyable to be a resident. Lynne is great and is always there to help along with the others on staff. They are great to be around!! When ever we have needed something she has been there for us without question. My Fianc and I have never been happier. If you have a problem with anything or anyone here, I am sure it is your fault!!!. They are respectful and act quickly with any problems you may have. I recommend Marchwood 100,000,000 % yes. This is a great relaxing place to live inside and out and is always well maintained. Two Thumbs up for the Management and staff!!!!!

I have to agree. Lynne is an absolute angel. She is there for the reenters and wants nothing but for your stay to be wonderful and stress free. I have had some horrible management and if someone has a problem with this staff wow!!! I am grateful I moved here and it has been a terrific experience being out on my own!!! Thanks Lynne and Staff You???re the best :)

Lynn, is that you? Stop tooting your own horn. No wonder you posted anonymously and had one of your followers do the same. Any resident who has lived through a summer or winter at this apt complex knows better than to believe any what is said here in this review. People from all walks of life, w/ various careers, etc - have shared a common thread while living there. Reporting the misconduct, the unprofessional attitude and deliberate maliciousness to the Corporate Office. She should have been fired long before now. People who just move in have not been broken in yet, wouldn't you say? They were warned by many, but just blindly follow the lower rents. Too bad.

Unprofessional attitude, etc. is an unpleasant experience, no doubt, but what is more important is that at the end of day it will cost you as much as some more expensive apartments just because of the old appliances and poor isolation.

Hey disappointedwithoncompetence (great username, btw), I was about to ask the same question. Also I agree with everything you said. To brat000012001, you make a good and valid point but the point about the unprofessional attitude is posted in response to this absolute bull about Lynn and the staff supposedly being so great to deal with, when in reality Lynn has mistreated tenants who are good people and who have done absolutely nothing to deserve such treatment.

The original poster is a joke.. That poster could even be that good-for-nothing and rude Lynn. Honestly.. this place is crappy.. the staff are, to say the least, worth-nothings burdened with ego (like that Lynn).. together can make your stay miserable.. why suffer when you can choose..

As many people have stated before, Lynn is only an angel if you compliment her or the apartment itself. Just wait until you make a complaint and you will see the fur fly. And what's with the quarterly newsletter? What a waste of money. And who gives a S*&% what her kids are up to? Lynn, you should ride your broom around the complex and try to to get to know the tenants better.
