I have to strongly disagree with how he/she rated this place. The one bedrooms are not large at all. Not small, but deffinately not large. They were never willing to help, and were never sincere. It is more like 15 minutes away from the turnpike and 202 because of traffic if you are lucky. There are really only two close grocery stores, not 6. One of the two is really bad. The public transportation is also pretty bad, and it is really hard to walk anywhere because of the lack of side-walks in the area. The hospital is closer to 20-30 minutes away because of traffic even if you take back roads. That all aside, the location still isn't bad, but please read other people's comments before basing your oppinion on this anonymous person who doesn't even know how to write.

I would have to disagree with your response katie.eighty. I have lived at Marchwood for 14 years and have just transferred to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath at Cadwalader as I needed the second bedroom as an office as I work from home. I, my husband, and several of our neighbors have called Marchwood our "home" for well over 10 years and are still here. You know the one thing we love about Lynn is here agressiveness and lack of tolerance for garbage. She runs a tight shift and doesn't put up with the troublemakers who have tried to call this complex home. The staff as well as maintenance staff have always done a good job and in record time. We have never experienced the issues you have and are sorry that you have. The one thing in life I recognize is that people will generally treat you the way you treat them. I respect the staff here as I KNOW the kind of people they have to deal with daily and would NOT ever want their jobs but are appreciative of what they "courtiously" attempt to do every day. Hope you are happy in your new home.

"The one thing in life I recognize is that people will generally treat you the way you treat them."
Not so of Lynn, in my experience. I do not expect to treat anyone much better than they have ever treated me, when I am that person's customer/client, which is what a tenant is to a property manager - or should be. Lynn yelled at me the day we moved in, and personally insulted me. Moving is stressful enough, why was that necessary? Under what circumstances is that justified? NONE. A property manager should NEVER act that way. I don't care if she's been pleasant to a hundred other people, I'm no less important than them.
And besides, I'm not the only one who has experienced the same thing. Lynn is an unhappy person. She is rude, nasty, inappropriate and totally unprofessional.
