I did not stay here, but had problems with the leasing office, hence the report.

You cannot believe a thing that '------ ------' says. While on our apartment hunt, property manager in one of that apartments recommended Thomas Meeting. When we visited the TM leasing office, we liked a 2 bed apartment, I was not sure about the distance from my office and about the location hence we said we will come back in the evening and fill in the application. She assured us that she will hold the apartment for us for 24 hours. She told us she will be in the office till 5:30 PM. When we returned around 5:05 PM the office was closed. When we came in the next day (before 24-hrs of our previous visit), she said that somebody else put in an application hence she gave the apartment to them. And she put it as though she never promised us any thing. We thought it was our mistake that we did not turn in our application sooner.

Next she told us that the next apartment will be available by mid-June, however, we had our current apartment only until June 1st. She told us to inquire with our leasing office if we can extend our lease for 2 weeks, we did that and our leasing office agreed (which involved multiple calls and then faxing the request letter). Now when we got back to ------, she tells us the apartment will not be available until July.

I wanted to explain the problem to her manager, but she won't let me speak with the manager. I don't know if the problem is with ------ ------ or this is how she is trained by her management company.
