I invited my family for Memorial Day weekend for a barbeque.
Thomas Meeting decided to spray the lawn with chemicals - which meant that no one in the complex could approach the grass for a 48 hour period.
They frequently have had landscapers mowing the lawn at 7:30 at night - and the landscapers average 5 days a week here overall.
They issue short-term leases to individuals who have no concern for the families that live here for long periods of time.
In addition, they have just raised their rates for the upcoming year by $150.00.
Their fitness center is nothing to brag about - and is so small - that no one wishes to even bother with it.
The complex is from the late 1980's - and it shows.
Solicitors come to the door an average of 4 times per week - and come as late as 9:30pm.
Overall, they are the most expensive community in town - and offer nothing that warrants the rent here (that is, except the cost of the multiple layers of paint which make this complex 'newly finished'.
