Lived here for three years - the longest I've lived anywhere. The apartment was huge. Full sized washer and dryer, which was also great. Paying for the pool was ridiculous, but the pool itself is great. No gym, but easy to walk to lots of places, including the grocery store, the mall, and the library. Lots of older people, so a quiet complex. Private entrances. I liked this place.
