Although spacious the apartment is extremely outdated - plumbing, lack of lighting, fixtures, windows, glass doors etc. The rates go up every year and there have been no improvements to account for these increases (1st year increase $100). We will not discuss the vermon.

Management and maintainace are discurtious and repairs often require 2 or more requests. Work is subsequently left half finished (requiring further requests).

Recently the complex has transitioned from a quiet setting to something significantly less. Short of our regular visits by the police there has been no intervention by management on behalf of those residents who choose to abide by the law.
