Management is discurtious and service persons essentially useless. Accomodations outdated (think harvest gold refridgerators and stoves) - But hey you can update for a significant sum each month. Critter infestations. Management unresponsive to complaints about noisy neighbors who draw police visits. But you are right near shopping and major highways. Vacancies becoming the norm rather than the exception here. Large apartment but that is about it.
