I know the truth

I have found in all my years that those who yell the loudest are both wrong and ignorant. These people who bash properties on this site are those who did not read their lease before signing it. The management of any property will always enforce the lease, as they should.

My advice, read your lease before signing on and bashing a property. Know all the facts. Ask questions, the right ones. You will get more with sugar, than you will with vinegar.

I have found in over a year at Whiteland that the staff is both very friendly and very helpful. They are knowledgable and courteous. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I think that's really ignorant of YOU to characterize people that way. Furthermore, the management of ANY complex should be UP FRONT with tenants - not depend upon them to read their lease first. You DO realize that NO ONE gets to bring their lease home, you are ALWAYS at the management's mercy of when to even SIGN your lease, and that is usually the ONLY time you have even seen it, DON'T YOU? DUH! You really have nerve talking about "truth". When people go to sign a lease, they usually are ALREADY PLANNING to move in, and likely have NO PLACE ELSE TO GO, or they'd have to start all over again. I don't know who you think you are, but again, YOU are the ignorant one, and calling other people that is really pretty lame.

huh?? Are you serious??? I was able to bring my lease home with me to review. I have no idea what your talking about. And...no, no one is "AT THE MERCY" of the management!! Not quite sure where you got that from either. So tell me, are you telling the truth here? to be honest with you I think that you are a complete and utter moron. From using the word "DUH" which I have not heard since I was about 13 years old, I take it you are probably some retarded kid who is bored and decided to make up some bull ---- stuff to write about. Either that or you never really grew up. Screw Ball!!!

Well, the steady voice of reason has become unhinged by an ad hominum logical fallicy. Don't let 'em get to you, cheif. I'm another one who got burned for a lot of money because I was foolish enough to skim over the lease casually and vaguely think that someday when it was time to move I'd figure a way to arrange the move three months ahead of time. But when it comes time to move, such arrangements are not usually possible. Would Whiteland West hold a unit for me if I were fullfilling the three months notice from another place? We had to leave in a hurry because of the MOLD which is a health hazard, then comes the hammer coming down. It costs to get out of the place. The lease is in keeping with the avariscious overall environment and workings of the place. Raise the rents regularly, but only do half baked repairs in sluggish manner rather than EVER ONCE making actual what's that word? -improvements- And never mind the mice. The mice is yawr fault, not the management's! Yew must be unclean, to have mice! INstead of expecting us to send in exterminators we would kindly expect you to keep your foodstuffs in metal containers like all sensible people the world over. Have a nice day.
