Good thing first,

The location of this apartment is excellent. Shopping mall is nearby. There are many other stores within 2 miles.

The area is safe. Most residents are professionals and older people. It is very quiet. Parking lot is clean and the whole area is well maintained.

The layout is huge. You get more space than other apartments. The rent is relatively cheap. You have your own washer/dryer.


Now, bad things,

The first floor is very humid. You will find fungus/mould on every possible surface. Do not live in first floor if you have other choices.

The recycle bin is very hard to access. It is put behind the trash dump area. There is no way that you want to get in there after snow or rain.

The younger office lady is not very friendly. The older one is much better.
