For the size of the apartment, it is worth the money. There is a lot of storage space and fullsize bathrooms.

It may have been worth the money in 2002 but it ain't worth the money this year. If I'm paying more I expect some modernization, some improvements, and I'm paying more every year for less service and NO improvements. I'm usually not the picky type at all, but the atmosphere here is one of disdain for the tennants and one finds it hard to maintain a positive attitude in the face of such churlish knavery.
