In the year I lived there maintenance never fixed a gap in my sliding door or my leaking washing machine. The bathroom needed to be updated (the toilet and shower were 70's "harvest gold"). The apartment had a serious mold problem and there were bugs all over the place. Management staff tried to tell me that I didn't put the correct verbage on my letter to notify them that I wasn't renewing my contract..they tried to scam me into paying for an additional year even though I had my letter in well before the required 60 day notice. Now they have sent me a letter with "FINAL NOTICE" on the top stating that I owe them $20 and I will be sent to collections if I don't make payment. This is the first letter I have ever received from them and it doesn't even specify why I owe the $20.
Don't move here unless you want a lousy apartment and a management team that tries to get every penny possible from you!!
