I lived at WW for 2 years. Generally, there was a decent response to maintainence requests. The mgt was fine until I decided to move out. We cleaned that place top to bottom, filled in holes, sanded, painted, scrubbed. We left the place with new verticals we had installed and in perfect condition. The mgt charged $25 for a spot on the dining room floor that was less than a dime in diameter and probably was there when I rented. When I questioned them, they were more than rude. They have shot themselves in the foot with their attitude. What goes around comes around. The place is in a decline, for sure.

The sad fact is that there is an endless supply of people who need a place to live here in this prosperous County. Exton, Chester County, it's a dreamland of consumer plenty. Such bounty. A moldy retro barracks like Whiteland West can get away with their crimes against our sanity simply because we need a place to live. Not everyone has time to plan out their move, not everyone has the luxury to spend hours and days looking for a good apartment they can afford. The management at WW know this, and they know that this is a prosperous area, there are more and more people moving into the area. Whiteland West will not suffer from their hideous bahavior. But the tenants will. The only way to win is to never ever rent from them. Shake the sand off your sandals when you leave the place if you ever go to see a sample apartment. Or at least shake the mold spores off.
