This place is good for people who are ok with the following:
1. Virtually no customer service. Even 1 month after the request no body shows up and more irritatingly the manager says that he took the request and handed over to maintenance team and he has no control over them.(they work under him)
2. The management says "you won't die" for emergency maintenance delays!!!
3. Snow is not cleaned until two days after snowing
4. You can be charged hefty amounts while moving out
5. Hostile resident management and the overlooking Westover companies management
6. High utility bills. The conserve, the utility provider, buys from PECO and sells for lot more. I think Whiteland west is the only appt. with conserve. My friends in other appts. used to get bills less than 100 and we get more than 200 all the time. Electric heaters are also one of the reasons.
7. If anyone complaints about seeing a snake in the walk areas, the management doesnot care!
Think thrice before moving into this appts.

From: Anonymous Date: 07/07/2007 As a former employee of Whiteland West Apartments, I actually quit my position in Management office, due to the poor attitude and unorganization of the rental office. The concern with the rental office staff is more to please their higher up bosses, then to take care of the tenants needs or apartments interior. Instead of standing up for things that needed to be fixed in the apartments or resolving tenant concerns the office staff are more concerned with saving their own face, covering up issues, and finding someone or something else to blame for their mistakes & lack of interest to take care of the tenants. I could not work in an enviroment like that, how does WWA think tenants would want to live in an enviroment like that? After leaving that position I opened up my own buz, WWA scared me in unpoper management behavior!!!!! A tenant survey would tell all the untold truths!!!!
