I am living here for the past one year and am very satisfied. The office people are not rude.Maintanance issues are resolved quick and wat else can we expect in an apartment.
The rent is is also reasonable, and the area is good.We have all the shops in walkable distance.(Produce Junction,Giant,Ross,Chinese eatouts,Dollar tree,Salon,Indian restaurants,Kohls,Kmart,Target and THE EXTON MALL.

And the ambience there is awesome.Lot of trees and space for walking, good parking space..all the amenities are perfect.I did not try the pool yet,but guess it should be gud too..

So guys who wants to move in here...it is not a bad decision I would say...

Thanks,
Priya

Wait till you see killer mold in your cabinets and undercarpets and end up in hospital and court! If you have kids, gift them a healthy lungs this year and walk out as soon as you can.

The staff is so rude. There was a great manager there for a few months this year and then quit, understandably. The assistant is now manager. She is immature, rude, eats in front of tenants, leaves the office whenever she pleases, does not get up from her desk when a tenant comes in and she dresses like a hooker. I have no idea what upper management was thinking but in my opinion, she really needs to be let go and the upper management should run quickly back to the last manager who actually had professionalism and experience. The one maintenace guy, Mike is rude, sloppy and just seems not to care about the tenants in any way. It is a beautiful community. It does not have proper management.

hahaha.....thats really funny...funny being the operative word. First of, as far I know, hookers work completely different hours. 9-5 doesnt seem as if its the best time to bring in clients, also the geographical position is completely off. The last time I checked thats a north jersey territory thats already been well covered. This response above sounds like the old red-headed hag met an untimely demise with westover, wants to bash a manager who seems to care and want this place to look good. Mike, as well as the other maintenance guy, have fixed all problems I've had quickly and professionally. I've had no issues with niether of the two. If you think that Lauren is immature and rude, why dont you tell her so she can address it? As far as I know from living in different apartment communities, it's the property managers job to check out the grounds and do inspections. So you cant blame someone for trying to make where you live look half decent. Well I'm done ranting for the day. I feel as if I've clearly made my point as to the affairs of this apt complex and the manager (Lauren) that has been left in its sted. If anyone feels they have a need to comment please do so freely. :)

The above response dated 7/23 is from a concerned whiteland west tenant. I'm not sure what the above response dated 8/20 is all about. I'm assuming the current manager is upset with my posting which I am entitled to as a paying tenant and she posed as a tenant to write her response. There's a "good manager" for you. Anyway, I want people to know what they are getting into before they move into Whiteland West. We moved in back in the spring. Usually move in processes can be draining. The previous manager made it really easy. She was professional and endearing unlike the current manager. I have gone to the office during office hours so many times to find it closed. I have asked questions about getting out of our lease and gotten responses like the current manager just wanted nothing to do with me. Maybe my wording was incorrect when i wrote hooker. I simply meant that spike heals, tight skirts and low cut shirts are not appropriate for working in this kind of business. I, myself work in an office environment. I don't even deal with the direct public and would be fired if I walked in wearing some things that manager wears. My husband and other tenants feel the same way. And the above person is right about one thing. We need to comment freely...to Westover which is what we will do. I'm tired of walking in goose crap, being treated badly by maintenance and the manager, always going to a closed office during office hours. I have spoken with neighbors and other tenants who feel the same. Some who have been here much longer. We will get together and comment to Westover about how this complex is being run. This is our home. We deserve some respect from the staff. We pay a lot of money to stay here. To those who are looking to move in, think about it long and hard. The apartments stink of curry. The staff is horrible. There is feces everywhere. The rents are too high. My husband and I want out so bad, we will probably have to break the lease and pay a huge penalty. I wish someone would have told us these things before we moved in. This is why I am posting...to save another person from what we've been through since we've moved in. About a dozen of us will be in contact with Westover's main office.

Totally agree with the above. Ohnedich81 is clearly Lauren posing as a tenant. Only someone from the leasing staff or a long term resident would know about the "demise of the red headed hag". Especially since Ohnedich81 states in another posting that she's only been there for since October. Damn, Lauren go out there and fix the damn apartment complex instead of posting in here. The place looks like hell and its falling apart! And the lady above me is right: Spaghetti string tops and spike heels are not appropriate attire for managers. Smoking cigarettes and throwing the butts around with the repair guy is not appropriate either. The property is littered with Mike's butts. Repairs are made only after repeated nagging, and even then it's a half-assed job that leaves more mess than the original problem. The maintanence guys hate the tenants, they make it very obvious. Especially the younger guy. Ridiculous! There are apartments here with 12 people in the them sleeping on pallets. No furniture. Many apartments are like this. You can't help but notice because they don't have blinds over their windows. Not to be racist, but I think we all know who I'm talking about. Just follow the satellite dishes. Get these people out, there is an ordinance about the number of people allowed to occupy the space. Clean up the goose crap. Fix the bloody buildings. Do something instead of smoking cigarettes and posting on this site! And lady writing above me here, some words of advice: Don't hold your breath waiting for a response from Westover's office. I know someone who works there that confirms that they do not ever call the tenants back. And nobody, and I mean nobody gets out of here with their security deposit back.

Thanks for the advice, Extonguy. One of the tenants know the name of the owner of Westover. We plan to address him by name and see what happens. I'm sure others only have sent these matters to regional managers who just don't have time to deal with it. The owner may be interested and not even know what is going on. We just may fedex it with his name marked confidential so it get in his or his secretary's hands. Something's got to be done.
