Welcome to Bombay. Rude Indian people, no one speaks english and curry smells everywhere. Bugs from the 10 or 12 people living in one apartment below you. Don't even try to play tennis if your an American. Asians only. They take up all courts, save them for each other, and parade around outside. Goose crap everywhere, can't walk the sidewalks or sit in the grass. I hate it here. The maitenance guys, especially the fat younger one, hate everyone.

I completely agree with everything stated above. Also, the office manager is unbelievably rude. She has a horrible attitude. She does has told us the wrong answers regarding our lease time and time again. Where did the girl go that was managing a few months back? I think her name was Michelle. Before her, Jaye was a disaster of a manager. I finally thought they got a good one and unfortunately Michelle left. Then they make the other girl manager who has no clue to run an apt. complex. I'm baffled at how upper management overlooks these things. I wonder if they even know about this site? Or are they taking resident surveys? I'm sure the owner would not be pleased at how this beautiful complex is being run. It is truly a shame.

Its has recently been brought to my attention that that there is chatter in the hallways that I am certain property manager maskaraiding about this website,but I can assure you that I am certainly not.Who? Who is but the form following the function of what and what I am is a man in a mask...lIke many of on this site. Now I'm not questioning your powers of observation I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is. But on this most auspicious of days, permit me then, in lieu of the more commonplace sobriquet, to suggest the character of this dramatis persona. Voil??! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin VAN-GAURDING vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition.Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me Ohnedich81 also know as N.J.A.B. Or you can just call me Nick. Now that is out of the way I DO agree with a few points that have been brought to the forefront, but none of which that deal with the complex staff.The last time I checked people high heels were not the cause of the destruction of Rome or any other great civilization...It all starts from within. If there is a problem "WE" as tentants have the responsibility to make our concerns known, not sit here and complain. Its not too difficult to walk to the office and voice our issues directly.

I see only a few who complain on this site. And those few who do, are racist and lost any credibility responding to this site. There are laws(Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant Acts),and local ordinances that prevent landlords from being the very people that responded negatively on this site. Those laws were put into place for the very reason we see here. Out of 804 apartments, we have only 3 complaints, ...racially charged? Your laundry list of complaints don't carry much weight and we can see why you don't get a favorable response from the management team or maintenance. Give respect and it shall be returned. I encourage you to submit your "legit" complaints to the office. Otherwise, don't speak for the rest of us who enjoy living here.
