I've been here since October. Every experience that I have had has been taken care of promtly. When I first moved in Jaye was the manager. I didnt know him too well because Lauren rented the apartment to me and was extremely professional and totally convienced me that this is a great, convenant place to live. I have yet to think otherwise. Jaye was helpful at times as well, but he unfortunatly left. So many residents who know Lauren wanted her to become the new manager. That didnt happen and they hired Rachalle. She was horribly rude to me and my roommate whenever I came in or called no matter what it was. One instance she blatantly gave me an attitude because I asked her what my rent was because I had been late, unfortunalty, and lost the late notice. She totally said that I should know it and she shouldnt have to look it up for me. Thats only ONE instance. Every time I spoke with Lauren she has always been helpful and very patient. I've seen her in there with like 5 people waiting and she handles it all very well and professional, even when she's getting an attitude from a resident; which I was a witness to. If anyone really has an issue they really need to kindly address it with the person that they have the issue with so that it can be resolved. We're all adults here. The people that go on here and write horrible reviews are just venting about whatever they got mad about. Again, this is an apartment complex, not the Hyatte or the Marriott.

Why would a tenant write excellent turnover? Tenants don't care about turnover? We are annoyed with the turnover. Why is the manager posing as tenants to write responses?

I agree, sounds like a ringer to me. Probably somebody from Whiteland West leasing office. How sad. This person who wrote this is so off base, its comical. Jaye was horrible, everyone knew that. Lauren is his little protege, so she's the same. Rude, dismissive, liars. Lauren doesn't care about anything except dressing like a tramp, and smoking cigarettes with the maintenace guy. Its ridiculous. Things are much worse here then when I first came here years ago. Can't wait to get out of here

What would possibly posess you to say, "The people that go on here and write horrible reviews are just venting about whatever they got mad about?" As someone who has previously written a negative review it wasn't to vent but merely to make other people aware of my bad experiences with the apartment complex and management company. My hope is that people won't make the same mistake I did and waste their money on Whiteland West. There are plenty of nice appartment complexes in the area!

Its has recently been brought to my attention that that there is chatter in the hallways that I am certain property manager maskaraiding about this website,but I can assure you that I am certainly not.Who? Who is but the form following the function of what and what I am is a man in a mask...lIke many of on this site. Now I'm not questioning your powers of observation I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is. But on this most auspicious of days, permit me then, in lieu of the more commonplace sobriquet, to suggest the character of this dramatis persona. Voil??! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin VAN-GAURDING vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition.Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me Ohnedich81 also know as N.J.A.B. Now that is out of the way I DO agree with a few points that have been brought to the forefront, but none of which that deal with the complex staff.The last time I checked people high heels were not the cause of the destruction of Rome or any other great civilization...It all starts from within. If there is a problem "WE" as tentants have the responsibility to make our concerns known, not sit here and complain. Its not too difficult to walk to the office and voice our issues directly.

And..once again, Lauren takes time out of doing he job to post as a tenant. Only this time, she asks someone to help her with "big words" so it looks like she could never have been the one to write it. It's not so hard to figure out why this place is the way it is. Unbelievable. Again, this problem and the others that have been posted on the site are for upper management. Not for some immature girl who was made manager for God know what reason. So...lauren we are voiceing our opinions....to people looking to rent at whiteland west and to upper management. Just because you want them sent directly to you so you don't get in trouble, doesn't mean that is going to happen. Learn how to be a manager and you'll get treated like one.
