1.You would love the greenery here.The walkways and the evenings in summer are so beautiful.
2.The geese who visit us during summer .So refreshing
2.1 The benches beside the paths are not cleaned always.

5.I heard that Gym is not good coz its maintained badly.
4.Aprmts maintenance is horrible.This is the best example of how to manage the best thing worst.I felt like crying to see the color of - earstwhile white - carpets here.:(
5.You have shops for survival near by.Produce/Giant/Target/Mattresses..
6.You would see different ethnics here.
7.Being an asian i understand the issue an American can have when they have to face the piercing curry smells.Sorry for that.But I personally can hardly afford the ready made foods here.I dont know how to make native food too :(I end up crying to see the ready made foods in fridge after a hectic day.So I end up cooking.The humidity level of the air is such that whatever I do , smell wont go from air.Still on experiments how to reduce its effects :(
8.There is a Tennis court here.I use it at times.That too is maintained badly.
9.No pool usage yet , so no comments.
10.The privacy level is maintained very well per the design of apartment.
11.Lot of storage space.
12.I have been to a place which has monthly rent exceeding $2500.But the natural ambiance here is far far better than that place.You might forget your badly maintained carpets just by a glance outside to see the charming greenery
11.I wish if I could reach the owner of this complex and let them know , to have a proper management so that this beautiful please remain so longer !

I feel the same way. Beautiful complex and great area to live. It's just so horribly managed in office and by maint. staff. I have no idea if upper man. even knows how the place is being managed. I plan to write them and maybe you would like to also to give detail of the management in this place. I believe the regional manager's name is Karen and the owner's name is Guntee? Don't know last names but I'm sure it will get to them if sent to the corp office where they are. I listed this address above. This problem has been ongoing for a long time now and I'm sick of it. If they would just hire properly qualified people....who are customer service oriented, the placed would run like a well oiled machine. Very frustrating. I'm going to get this address out to the group of people I know who live in here and have the same problem. Maybe between all of us, we can make some difference.
