I LOVE living in the townhouse I rent. However, I do find the maintainance to be sometimes-on, sometimes-off. Some of the things I called about still have not been fixed since I moved here in September, but the two emergencies I had were dealt with quickly. The office staff is nice and courteous, but I rarely get a callback when I am calling about service.

I did live out back when I first moved here, and the neighbors down there are RUDE, MEAN, LOUD AND ASSUMING. If you can avoid it, move in up front for nicer neighbors.

You do get alot of space for the money here. If you rent the townhouse, the garage and basment are great!

We don't swim, but the pool is nice. If you don't have a washer/dryer, there are ones on-site but we have not used them.

It is GREAT for me that they are pet-friendly here.

You will not always get a parking spot in front of your house, but there is enough parking close by.

You cannot get Verizon DSL here (no fiber optic cable) or
Direct TV in every apt since they do not allow you to affix anything to the outside of the building.

Overall, now that I moved away from all the "nosey-noiseys" out back, we are very happy here.
