one of my friends lived here & i stayed with them while considering moving in here but after 3-4 months of seeing it all. glad i didn't.
the poster of the drug dealers live here is right, smoking '*^ right in the park at night with the kids around, oh and about kids if you dont like them' this is not the place to move' this is kiddy city, the units are great but keep a few things in mind before moving in' maintenance forget it! - it won't get fixed, the heat is great! the central ac sounds great until you get the electric bill they are not efficent in anyway, run all the time, cant cool down the units (most tenants have window units also - just drive thru & see for yourself, outside lighting is horrible, parking' good luck! dont expect to be close to your door, its a 60-40 on the kind of neighbors here. local police on bi-weekly basis min. during the summer its once a week, the office! the nicest people on the phone but you only get blown off. you have to pay for pool passes, dont expect to have to much company' you will hear that your not allowed to gather in common areas' what does that mean'
