I've lived here for about 6 months now, and I don't have a single complaint. The houses are well maintained and quiet - we don't hear a peep from our neighbors due both to a respectful environment and thick walls between the houses. Every house has 2 parking spaces directly out front, and there is plenty of alternate parking for guests. Susan, the office manager, is very friendly and very attentive. I have lived here for about a year. The good: 2 parking spaces were household, good guest parking, quiet most of the times. The bad: The geese leave there droppings alllllll over the place. you have to dodge it to get into your house. Also, people tend to speed a lot. I woulsnt say the front office lady SUe is nice at all. She's an old snot who needs to retire. Shes very grumpy and not helpful.
