One of the better apts. in the area

I chose this apartment because it was resonable for the size, location, parking, neiborhood, and the courtesy extended at the office (by Cindy and Peggie). I moved in May of 2001 and I still live there now.
The only problems that I have experienced are as follows: the toilet clogs on occasion, some ants in the summer, the pantry door closes annoyingly, and yes, there is one crack in the ceiling. Other than that, I love my neibors and the ladies at the office.
Critique: The maintenance was prompt whenever there was a problem with the toilet. They are always mowing in the summer, raking leaves in the fall, and plowing the snow in the winter. In addition, the office staff sends out monthy newsletters giving tenents helpful information about life, seasonal safey reminders, and awarness of suspicious acts, especially at this time of terrorism.
