I have lived here since the 1980s. Am I happy about "everything'" No. But overall, these apartments are clean; in a good neighborhood; the office management is friendly and helpful if they are treated with respect. Parking is OK, but can be difficult if you get home after 10 p.m. But I have NEVER not found a spot in 18 years. On important things maintenence is usually here on the SAME DAY the ticket is called in. These people who are complaining here are obviously the troublemakers the management throws out. Because unlike many places they don't take a lot of crap. So cooperative people will love it here and disruptive ones will think it's a "prison."
They've painted my place. Recarpeted. Done new windows, sinks, ceiling fans, air conditioning, dishwasher, refrig, stove . . . Renovated the swimming pool. Gardening at least once a week, same with pest control. As apartments go, this is Heaven for the price!

This is complete B.S. I wouldn't live at TOH if the rent were FREE. What a shithouse.

Actually, "tophillresident," it is NOT "complete B.S." I am still here and I am starting my 21st year. There are nothing wrong with the units, and most would consider them great to compared to other garden apartments in our area. There is a parking overload, but that is current being fixed. Other than that, read my first post from 2005. I stand by it.
