Stay away - I lived at Chalet for 5 years. I fixed pretty much every maintenance issue myself. Many longstanding neighbors are nice, transients are not always upstanding. Not a good place It was never good, but Teresa, the Manager was an understanding and nice manager. The new manager took over and things have gone down hill fast. She seems to have a power problem and pretty bad customer service skills. Mold is a problem. No lights by the garages,

As good as it sounds I've lived here for about 6 months now, and I don't have a single complaint. The houses are well maintained and quiet - we don't hear a peep from our neighbors due both to a respectful environment and thick walls between the houses. Every house has 2 parking

dead deer in parking lot I have called on several occasions to remove the deer carcus from the parking lot. It appears a big game hunter lives here, and cleans his prey right on the grounds. Yesterday I saw 2 ferrets hagning from a tree.

And then there was a pitbull attack This past weekend there was a pitbull attack where the dog jumped on the poor older lady in attack form. Somehow the owner of the dog got the victim to say that she fell and that is why she was bleeding, only there was bite marks on the ladys leg but the cops
