Highly recommended - I currently live at Chalet Village and I have been a resident here for 3 years. I am very happy with the maintenance personnel as well as the office staff. Not a good place It was never good, but Teresa, the Manager was an understanding and nice manager. The new manager took over and things have gone down hill fast. She seems to have a power problem and pretty bad customer service skills. Mold is a problem. No lights by the garages,

BIG MISTAKE MOVING HERE just don't live here........the other bad reviews are correct except for the deer carcass one, but there goes to show what kinda people like living here! Everything about it is dirty. Take a drive through.....you'll see!

As good as it sounds I've lived here for about 6 months now, and I don't have a single complaint. The houses are well maintained and quiet - we don't hear a peep from our neighbors due both to a respectful environment and thick walls between the houses. Every house has 2 parking

dead deer in parking lot I have called on several occasions to remove the deer carcus from the parking lot. It appears a big game hunter lives here, and cleans his prey right on the grounds. Yesterday I saw 2 ferrets hagning from a tree.

The Worst place to live Me and my Husband Lived there for 7 years. Maintenance is really lazy and they only do Quick fixes for everything, & they do not respect peoples cars. We had 2 different color tile in our bathroom. We've had the wall in our bathroom fall down from so much mold. The

pretty happy w/ chalet I spent 4 years in a 2 bedroom apartment with my girlfriend and we found Chalet Village to be a great place to live. We enjoyed our time around the pool which was well maintained and always clean. Also the general atmosphere of Chalet Village is homey and very relaxed.
