Great living place I have been living here since 2007.Location of building is very nice,nice and peaceful surroundings.Train sation is within walking distance and is of great help.Nice management staff,especially the supervisor and the manager.Very nice people,they regularly attend

Not recommended Unless you hard up for money I wouldn't recomend living here. It's cheaper than what is nearby, but the facilities need much improvement. We lived there just over two years. We had a roach problem while there and no heat for 1/2 of a winter. The property manager

yeah...no i dunno who these people are who live here. not everyone i'm sure - but the few "bad apples" that spoil the bunch. so it goes.
there is constantly trash all over the place. enough to know that people don't make their kids pick up their wrappers, and the adults throw

Not Bad Washington Towers is not that bad of a place to live. I would recomend it to someone new to the area or that needs an affordable place outside of the city. What's nice: It's inexpensive compared to what is nearby. It's off the main road so it's quiet with little traffic.
