I recently moved to the Chester County area, and after researching every apartment complex in the county ( I'm not Kidding) I finally moved to Westgate Village. So far so good. The apartments are offered at a reasonable rate. They are a great size, and everything has been upgraded. I have my own washer and dryer. The location is great as well. I am very happy at my new found home and I know others will be as well.
