myself and two friends moved into westgate in a townhouse a number of years ago. we were promised a few things, one being we'd get a full size washer dryer. after a year and 3 months and many letters and calls to the offices this finally happened. a number of things broke down and took no less then 3 months for them to attend to. further more we moved in rent was $1040. it rose to $1150 the next year, then up again to $1300. the place looks nice at first but after going thru what i did i wish we would have moved out earlier. they also kept the entire security deposit making up bs reasons and assigning rediculous amounts to them. anyway, if you do move in just pray nothing breaks b/c it won't be fixed for a long time. also, take note of the paint on the rugs at the bottom of the walls when you move in b/c they will claim you got the paint on the rugs when you move out and charge $600 for it.
