Make sure you get a copy of your move-in inspection report. Ours "mysteriously" disappeared from the rental office and we were charged for problem that existed when we moved in.
Our experience with the office staff has been HORRIBLE. Very ignorant!
Also, our building had limited parking, so we usually had to park in another lot.
Too many kids - making noise in the cortyard until all hours of the night.
Almost all appliances were old and dated. It took 90 min to dry a load of jeans.
Heater and air conditioning always seems to break at the worst tim. Maintenance had to come out twice in 2 months to fix the same problem with the heater.
