Property is going down hill since manager left!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
Since Vanessa the former manager has left the property has gone down hill! Verizon has taken over, there is nowhere to park. Property is always covered with trash from construction crews. Maintenance has high turnover and no one keeps track of the request put in. New leasing agent (large woman with blonde hair) is always rude when you go into the office as she sits there in her sweat pants & flip flops. Very professional, not! The construction crew doing the renovation causes havoc for the current tenants. Recent power washing flooded my apartment. This place is the pits!
