I live here and love it. Amy(blonde) is very nice and professional. The new property manager is very attentive and curtious. Verizon may have some trucks here, but they certaintly have not "taken over"! I have no maitenance problems, my air conditioner broke last week when it was 94 degrees, it was fixed very promptly. People love to talk places down, this place is too good for those people. I love it here, and I'll be here for a long time! GOOOOOOOOOO WESTGATE!!!!!!!!
