Property is going down hill!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
 
Safety is a big problem. Heating another one. In winters the Heating doesnt work at all!

It takes several weeks to attend any service problems. No one keeps track of service requests and you have to call the office on a daily basis to remind.

It used to be a good place, but not any more.
