Fran is the best manager so far, hope she stays & takes care of issues which previous managers couldn't.
* Maintenance response is poor, need to call multiple times to get it done.
* Rent is comparatively expensive
* Gym is too small, I go out for gym (planetfitness close by)
* Properties are older, but they are renovating and increasing the rent
* Kids play area is worst( old & broken and not safe for kids )
The only reason I am staying in this apartments is to stay close to work place (malvern) and have few close friends over here.. I am planning to leave this place soon ..
