For an apartment, you get what you pay for. The maintenance crew is generally responsive - which is good, as some of the appliances and utilities are a bit worn. The front office is decent, although they're usually not in the loop when something goes wrong (ie: water lines break). Very few problems moving out, once we found a house. And they let us keep the cats without an obscene pet deposit.
