It is funny I have been sitting here reading the reviews about the complaints and I am amazed about what is being said. I have lived in rental commuities for years and I actually enjoy renting over buying a home. For one it is maintenance free and two no property taxes, sewer and water at least at Westgate. I have been here for quite sometime and for the most extremely happy. Yes there may be a few problems here and there, but believe it or not I am seeing improvement especially lately. The new community clubhouse is being built (now maybe the parking lots can be repaired/repaved). The staff is alot nicer than what we have ever had in the past. The location is perfect with it being so close to Great Valley... The renovations made a big difference. So, if you want perfect by a home but I doubt that would be perfect.. Sorry!!
