I will comment on each of the topics reviewed:

1.Parking - you are assigned to one parking space, which is not always near your apartment. Several tenants decide to take more than their share of parking spaces, which management does nothing about.

2.Noise Level - it depends on the night and the time of year. You have the All-Star complex right next to the apartments. Go-Karts until 9PM on the weekends usually, not to mention every summer you have the PA motorcycle club roll into town which makes for a loud weekend or two depending on when they roll in. I guess it really depends on the person, some people may not mind the occasional noise.

3.Grounds - appearance is nice though the shrubs tend to take over your steps to your porch until they get around to trimming them every so often. Otherwise very well kept, it's no surprise to see a mower running five days a week.

4.Safety - Lighting could be better several sections are rather dark. Security consists of one person in a vehicle driving around the complex at regular intervals, but not as much as one would expect.

5.Construction - Fairly common, nothing too fancy.

6.Maintenance - Horrible, A/C problems plague almost every renter. They either don't work or leak all over your living room. Many tenants complain about the lack of maintenance, only if it's an emergency will they respond quickly or at all.

7.Office Staff - Generally nice, when you see them, they don't tend to stay in public too much and lock themselves away in the office.

8.Overall - It's a wonderful place when everything is working and there are no events at the All-Star complex. Tends to attract the elderly, not many young people. NOTE on the apartments though, all the rentals are for sale, you could be asked to move out at anytime, upon which they will give you 30 days notice.

9.Would you recommend - Yes and No, it's a nice place to live, but it has it's flaws. Maintenance is a problem (and a big one to me), if they could change the way they handle things, I would definitely recommend. As for the noise it depends on you, if can handle a couple weekends a year being loud due to certain events being held at All-Star, then it shouldn't be a problem.
