I would like to say that the neighbors were friendly and that it seemed like it would be a great environment, but here are the problems I had with the home:
1) When we first moved in, the bathroom hadn't even been cleaned and the outside was very painted in a very sloppy fashion
2) The maintenance men are very incompetent and slow to respond
3) There is constant noise in nice weather and it seems that people hang out in the alley behind the houses
4) The children are not supervised and small kids run around (something that bothers me very much as the parent of an 8 month old. I would hate for something to happen to one of those children)
5) During bike week, residents were forced to use a side entrance and had to present a green pass to access their homes because of the number of bikers
6) Bike week in general. Loud obnoxious partying in the parking lot of Devonshire
7) Many different events (dog shows, bike week, hot rods) that filled the Eisenhower and the noise and occupants overflowed into Devonshire
8) The walls, at least in our unit, are paper thin.
Also, at least for our unit, you had to supply your own fridge, which I found odd.
There are many more things. I will say that my Husband and I did enjoy our time there, but it was solely because it was our first home and the home we brought our daughter to. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
