I CAN RECOMMEND IT - My husband and I along with our young child have lived here for the last 3 years. Maybe one day we will buy a house but this is a great and affordable alternative. The apartments are reasonably quiet, the neighbors are pleasant and the complex is nice. The grass is always cut as well as the snow plowed. I feel utilities are in line with all apartments. Not at the top of my list. Windows are cheap, walls are thin, electrical is cross wired, noisey. Not a place to live with children, tennets race around circle drive at 15-20 mph when the driveway speed limit is 5 mph. Managment will not enforce the speed issue.

I hate it I am currently "stuck" living here and I absolutely hate it. If you have any issues whatsoever, they are never resolved but the minute that you do anything that they do not like they are on you in a second and expect results pronto. This place is a joke. It is overpriced,

would not recommend The staff have no clue what's going on. If you try to reach the secretary (even when you see her car in the lot) you get an answering machine. If you have a complaint about anything they make up excusses for why the problem is there instead of looking into the matter.

Not all it is cracked up to be I would like to say that the neighbors were friendly and that it seemed like it would be a great environment, but here are the problems I had with the home:
