Private entrance is the best feature here. All the units have one. Other nice things- my 1br unit has 2 balconies, one at the entrance & at the living room. I am pretty sure most have at least one. Washer & Dryer in unit. Recessed lighting throughout. Nice pool & pond. Convenient location. In regard to the other comments about drafty windows...I disagree, they are far better than some apts I've been in. The complex is very nicely landscaped. The cars parked here are generally very nice, and I've had no instances of noisy or disruptive people. I agree with the other reviews, I would like a fitness center, but that is the only thing lacking here...very nice upscale complex in a good location. Hard to beat if you have the money... :)
