Can't beat it...hated to leave!

Coventry Crossing offers a wonderful living experience and a quiet excape from "city life." Prior to miving in, I looked at several apartment complexes in Delaware County and Coventry Crossing certainly offers more for your money than anything else in the area. The one-bedroom unit is spacious, offers plenty of storage, washer/dryer in unit, pool privileges at no extra cost during summer months, and a maintanence staff that responds immediately. The rent is higher than other, low-end complexes, but I believe you get what you pay for! Yes, I would have liked a fitness center, but the grounds allow for walking, running, roller blading, etc. One drawback, if you want to call it that, is the community center and management office. Resident can rent the community center to host large parties, however, due to the fact the management staff smokes in the office/community center why would you want to' When you have to visit the management office to drop off rent or pick up something, you leave smelling like a cigarette. That's the only thing I didn't like about the complex. All things considered, if I had it to do over again, I would choose Coventry Crossing again! I was sad to leave, but on to bigger and better things!
