In the winter the units are extremely drafty and although I kept my heat on 68 degrees, my electic bill was never under $300.00! You have to drive to the dumpster because there is only one in the whole complex and doing the summer the pool seems to have bankers hours! It is overpriced and undermaintained and if you need maintenance good luck! You can definitely get more for your money somewhere else!
