I met with one of the New Managers and they seem to have the right attitude for the place. They didn't say much, except that they were keeping the complex as a rental and not turning it into condominiums. They also said they were about to clean the place up and build a new fitness center.

It would be nice if the new owners introduced themselves to the community. Forget the fitness center ... just a reason to raise the rent!
