I have been living here for a little over a year now. Moving out in a few weeks. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. The pool is large and the complex is quiet and friendly. However, the apartment is absolutely freezing in the winter. Old windows and poor insulation. thank god for the fireplace. The maintence crew come out right away, but they repair everything very cheaply and sometimes not the right way. So, expect to put in a few calls before they get it right! All the appliances are old and outdated but are in working condition. They advertise as luxury but it is far from that. However, it is a nice looking apartment overall in a very nice area. i have to add that the lighting in the complex is very poor. If you have difficulty seeing in the dark, I wouldn't recommend this place for you!
