I have read some of the reviews and the last person obviously doesn't live here. I moved in since the new managment took over and they have been great to me and Patty the Manager has always been pleasant and helpful-Jacki too. The reason I moved in is I have friends that lived here who referred me to come back and check all the changes out. I used to visit here alot before I sold my home and noticed for myself that the place was really starting to sparkle. There is always work going on here and the proof is right in front of your eyes. It is a beautiful community and a peaceful and naturistic setting with the pond and geese etc. Now with the new fitness center (gave up my planet fitness memebership) the value and convenience is notable. I opted for an apt. without the fancy upgrades which I loved the view and space. My place was cleaned and painted and they even had a move-in gift for me which was a nice touch...no holes or stains. I think if you are single or want your kids in Garnet Valley this is a great place to consider

If you, the reader, of this review believe it was written by anyone other than the management of this property, I suggent that you end your drug habit and get in touch with reality.

This place is an overpriced dump. Tenants wait days for repairs because staff and maintenance are tied up in renovation issues. This year the maintenance department shoveled the snow and cleared the driveways ... what a joke: ice everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By the looks of the grounds there is no landscaper because the grass is very high. Also, the main driveway and by the office was mulched ... the other buildings' grounds are a total mess.
The website says this place is located in Chester County ... hello, new owners, this is Delaware County!! Also, this is not Glen Mills; it is Chester Heights! Liars.

I'm thinking of moving to Coventry at Glen Mills. May I please have more reviews. I'm nervous about some of the negative comments I see here. Is the management much better than before, when it was under the former ownership? Also, can it be verified which county it's in?? By the way, Chester Heights IS a nice area, not to be confused with Chester!
