Not luxury at all...
Sure, the place looks beautiful but the staff is not very courteous, maintance takes a while to respond and the apartments take alot to heat and cool with the draftiness of the building.
The rent should at least include a work-out facility but the most they have to offer is a pool (which isnt even open the whole summer) and a community room, which no one goes to since there is no communal feeling there.
Bottom line: Find something worth the money!
