We moved into this Bozzuto property after living at another( we were transferred because the previous was so bad). The community appears nice on the outside. However, the property was built on wetlands. When it gets warm, the bugs come out, and like to make a home inside the apartments. After rainstorms especially. Management is a joke. After having a serious mold problem in storage, our complaints were ignored until we moved out. You'll pay out the nose for these places, and the noise from foot traffic above you will drive you crazy. By the way, the speed limit through the community must have been raised to 65 once we moved in, because the residents have no regard for pedestrians out walking the community. (ESPECIALLY THE ELAM ENTRANCE) Do you like motocross' Because every SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY there were dirt bikes and atvs squealing through the community and the boardering woods. Complaints to the police' The twp is covered by the state police barracks in Media, a 15 minute drive. Save your money, avoid the aggravation, rent elswere....Bozzuto blows!
