THESE APARTEMENTS ARE NICE TO LIVE IN BUT THERE ARE MANY ISSUES THAT MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO ADDRESS. THE WORST PROBLEM IS THE PARKING ISSUE. ESPECIALLY ON ELAM DRIVE WERE PEOPLE INSIST ON PARKING ON THE STREET THAT IS TOO NARROW. PARKING SIGNS WERE PLACED IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE AREA BUT THAT WAS NEVER REALLY THE PROBLEM. OVER ALL IT IS A QUIET PLACE TO LIVE. THE RENT IS HIGH AND YOU REALLY DON'T GET MUCH FOR THE MONEY. THE STAFF AT THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS CHANGING SO THE IS NO CONSISTANCE IN TRYING TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES OR COMPLAINTS YOU MAY HAVE.
