I have lived in Cornerstone, now Windsor at Brandywine for 1 1/2 yrs. In the beginning, I found the staff and the apartment OK, although my brand new apartment had many problems including reversed hot and cold taps, etc. Unfortunately, the good staff left or were run off and service went steeply downhill. Don't leave a message on the answering machine because I NEVER had a call returned. The staff seems incapable of calculating a simple rent and getting the same answer twice. They send out warning flyers without having checked to see if you are in violation of anything, thus wasting everyone's time. The parking is VERY bad and the promise to do something about it came to nothing. Trash removal for those in the apartments in the middle of the complex is a LONG walk.
The switch to Windsor at Brandywine seemed a positive step at first. Alas, it has gotten even worse.
Conclusion - Go somewhere else. The apartment is not a "luxury" apartment as it is advertised. Maybe for the 70s but not today. No ceiling light, no fans. This is also the first apartment I've ever known to charge you for water, sewer, and garbage removal. The utilities can get very expensive.
