Great living -- if you are a deaf polar bear

Seriously consider other living arrangement.
If you do need to move my advice is: sign a short term lease, they have them and don't charge extra.
The walls are paper thin here and when you do complain to the staff -- who are always late to arrive to open and dash out before they are supposed to go, you will be faced with only lip service.
Please arrive if you are going to live here through the winter with several blankets and a chimena -- for the INSIDE of your home. The heating system is poor and it is very cold. The rent is outrageous and I, like others thought we were getting a first class place where there would be quiet and no problems....wrong. The rent is high and you will be faced with the same issues as you have with other community living.
Thank goodness I signed a short-term lease. It will be a joy to move from the noisy anatartic here.
