On the surface this is a nice place. Unfortunately I have to agree with the other negative reviews that were posted. The construction is not very good, so you can hear noise from other apartments. I have had problems with mold (inside the apartment) on three occasions. If you are late paying your rent, even once, they won't remind you and you will get hit with an exorbitant late fee that shows what a greedy corporation runs this place. The heat does not work very well and it can get cold in the winter.
