Understand the proximity to Philadelphia and Wilmington and you will see why it costs a little more. I researched on this site as well as many others to get a feel for the apartments in the area. I feel that this site doesn't do the Windsor justice due to the outdated reviews by other residents.
I pay 1525 a month for rent. I feel that in the area and compared to what I would have paid at the other places nearby I got a good deal. The apartment size is very generous. The Master Bedroom is 15x13 and second bedroom is 12x15. That is great size value in a bedroom. At the place nearby -wont use names- the bedrooms weren't big enough to accomodate a bed AND a dresser. As for prices, another place nearby tried telling me the use a formula to calculate your rent. So, basically, the people next door to you renting the same floorplan could be paying up to 500 more or less than you. I feel that is gauging prices and refused to stay there. Do a walkthrough you will find the places I have mentioned above. Parking' There are many spaces outside of my apartment. Don't want that hassel of walking' Get a garage!

Thank you so very much for your positive review. My father just signed a lease here and I got very nervous when I saw all the bad reviews. There are some really nasty recent reviews about worms and other bugs. How are you making out? My dad likes a colder apartment anyway, so the complaints about the heat didn't bother me. Also, is it noisy? There are some recent complants about that.
